FAQ
Practical answers about creating, editing and exporting device mockups.
How do I create a mockup?
Open Studio, choose a device frame, import a screenshot, customize the composition and export the result.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Use Images to import a logo or photo as an independent layer. Move, resize and rotate it, then manage its order in Layers.
Which file formats are supported?
Import PNG, JPG or WebP files up to 20 MB. Backgrounds and independent images also have limits of 8192 px per side and 40 million pixels. Export PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG; SVG contains the rendered canvas image, not editable vector layers.
Are imported images saved online?
Screenshots, custom backgrounds and image layers imported in Studio stay in the current page and are not added to the public library. Export before refreshing or closing the page. Account file uploads and administrator libraries are separate features.
Why is the preview zoom 100%?
100% means the canvas is fitted to your workspace, not displayed at its original pixel size. Zoom changes only your view; export dimensions come from Canvas.
How do I manage or delete layers?
Use Layers to change order, lock, hide or delete items. Mac Delete/Backspace also removes the selected unlocked layer outside text fields. Undo and redo restore composition changes.
